The pitch meeting on friday the 12th december with john o leary

After doing 2 weeks of work we met with john to present our research findings and our proposal for the video. We started the meeting by telling john our ideas , showing him what weve found in our research and told him 2 ideas the first idea was a group of friends sitting together in the common room and one of them saying that they have a problem the camera then fast tracks to the room with the support officer who can help, the support officer then says''hello im x and i can help with x'' you wouldve then seen the group again and the person with the problem then saying how the service helped them.We then have a close up of a different person in the group telling us thier problem and the video shows the same pattern until weve got through everyone in the group. Our second idea is you see one person sitting on thier own in the common room we then hear a voice over with them sayin that they have some sort of problem, similar to the first idea we see the camera fast track to the room with the person who can help we then continue this pattern with the next three people and after the problems have all been solved we see them sitting together in the common room saying how the service has helped them, John seemed to like our ideas we only had one problem, we forgot to ask him which one of our deas he liked better but luckily our teacher sean asked him at the end and he said he prefered our second idea the one with one person on thier own at the start and then in a group at the end.
