This interview took place on friday the 28th november.

Karen Mayfield- Student support officer
Vivienne ridpath-Assesing students for dyslexia and physical help.
Janet waters- Literacy support and help with organisation
Alex spalding-Helps with paperwork
John O' Leary- Coordinator
Vera baney- Exams officer/ema/transport
Oz Osbourne - Mental health issues/Emotional help
Terry kemp- Deaf students
Councillors- To listen and talk to students about any problems they may have
Peer supporters -Trained to listen and tell you where to go for help
Bob Smith - Numeracy support
8 or 9 people are referred every week for additional support not including people who go to see the support officer or the councillors.
Literacy support area for referal needs more advertising
Length of video 3 minutes.
Areas to focus- Anyone having difficulties know its not thier fault know that they are friendly and approachable people.
Focus on each of the people
Do not do information on different additional support needs focus on each of the people that can help.
